HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LEVEL I AM IN?
Simply swipe your membership card at the clubs’ rewards terminal or insert your card into a gaming machine. The first letter of the tier you are on will appear next to your name identifying your membership level.
HOW CAN I GO UP A LEVEL?
Members moving to a higher tier shall be reviewed and adjusted monthly. Members will not be moved into a lower tier unless points remain below outside tier requirements for a minimum of three (3) months.If you do not wish to wait, and wish to join a more prestigious tier level, you are able to purchase access to higher tiers upon application.
SPENDING YOUR POINTS
You can use your reward points to make purchases within the Club on Food and Beverages, Show Tickets, Event Tickets, Membership Renewals, and other great rewards. Membership points cannot be exchanged for cash.
